Gaia’s Earth Emporium accepts MasterCard, Visa, Money Order, Papal, and
Personal Checks(held for 2 weeks to clear).
Returned or Refused orders:
Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers. Gaia’s Earth Emporium will attempt to contact you before canceling the order or item that is incorrect. Information on our web site is updated daily and will always be the most current.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We at Gaia’s Earth Emporium reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Gaia’s Earth Emporium reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to change the price as stated by the policy: Prices Subject to Change without Notice.
Sales Tax:
Gaia’s Earth Emporium is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales tax, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Price changes:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on our website will be the most current. We print our catalog twice a year so many items have price changes or have been discontinued. Be sure to keep an eye on our NEW ITEMS category.
Back order Policy
Retail orders:
When an item is back ordered here at Gaia’s Earth Emporium our typical course of action is to ship it as soon as it comes in. However if the items value is under $5.00 we will notify you to reorder the item along with an estimated due date.
Return Policy
Returns:
If you need to return a product to Gaia’s Earth Emporium you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing Gaia@The-GEE-Spot.com (heading RETURN) or by calling us at 817-903-9800. You must have the original invoice number to reference. Gaia’s Earth Emporium will only accept items for return that are approved and given an RMA number. Returns will subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damages:
If you are missing merchandise from you order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Gaia’s Earth Emporium will upon your request replace any merchandised that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing/shipping error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of Gaia‘s Earth Emporium.
